Test Responsible Engineer
For the development of Electrolyzer stacks we are looking for a Test Responsible Engineer (TRE). This TRE is responsible for the whole process of verification/validation of electrolyzer (parts) including execution, data-analysis and reporting. For this work a good alignment is needed with the requester of the verification/validation work and also with the supporting groups.
You will be working in a group / team of Test Responsible Engineers that regularly discusses about items that occur during the verification / validation work and can support each other in the work.
Your contribution to something big
- You are responsible for the whole validation/ verification process, using Bosch method standards. This includes:
- Creation of validation/verification plan(s) in alignment with stakeholders
- Preparation (settings, ordering, …)
- Execution
- Analysis and reporting
- Support our engineering team in / with risk assessments for the test machines (problem solving)
- Active participation in our International Test Network (ITN)
- You also further develop the standard methods for validation/verification
What distinguishes you
- You have a hands-on mentality meaning you will also (partly) perform the validation / verification tests yourself and go-to-gemba in case of unexpected isssues
- You have problem-solving skills
- You have a safety-first mindset
- You can communicate fluently (sproken word and writing) in Dutch and English, German is a pre
- You have a master degree in electro-chemical engineering
- You can work with Matlab or similar signal processing software
- Knowledge of statistics is a pre
- You are able to work in dynamic advanced development team on academic level
- You share your knowledge to your peers.
