Job description:
KLM Engineering & Maintenance is the maintenance division of KLM. Together with Air France Industries (AFI), KLM E&M is a leading player in the global aircraft maintenance industry. In addition to the KLM and Air France fleet, KLM E&M and AFI maintain the aircraft, engines and components of approximately 150 customers worldwide. KLM E&M's organization is focused on the Components, Engines and Airframe product groups.
Within the Component Service (CS) unit there is a need for temporary additional analysis capacity to support:
The upcoming migration of 11,000 components to a new SAP environment;
The analysis and reporting on our current pool of components.
Responsible for:
- Supporting the business based on simple analyzes with the aim of contributing to business value creation
- Optimizing processes and tooling with the aim of better (business) analysis/insights
- Carrying out P&C cycle activities, monitoring continuity and consistency, controlling activities
Knowledge skills:
We are looking for someone who thinks in structures and is always looking for connections. Who sees opportunities to generate new insights by smartly combining existing information. You are also technology-driven and innovative. You recognize repetitive work, where you see the common thread and tackle and improve it. You are also good at chain and process thinking: from source data to final report. You quickly master tools and systems and are able to explain complex matters clearly to the business.
You also have knowledge of financial accounting and systems and the relevant reporting tools (BI/MI applications, DWH, etc.). You have a good command of the English language and affinity with MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
