Scrum Master for KLM Flight Platform

Opportunity:
As KLM continues to expand its digital footprint, we are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join our Flight Platform team. With the addition of 4 new teams, we are looking to hire 2 dedicated individuals who are passionate about Scrum methodologies and driving business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for 2 teams per role, fostering self-organization and effective delivery of value.
- Collaborate with teams distributed across various locations, including India and Budapest.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Development Teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Utilize SAP systems for planning assignments and catering domains.
- Support a team consisting of business analysts and software engineers, typically ranging from 10 to 14 members.
- Maintain regular office hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to facilitate collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in Dutch is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Experience with RTE is preferred, though not required.
