As a Google Cloud Platform consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the technological landscape of KLM. Your responsibilities will span across diverse projects, including cloud migration initiatives, infrastructure optimization, and the implementation of cutting-edge solutions tailored to our unique requirements. This role calls for individuals with a keen eye for innovation, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for driving impactful results.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on consulting projects.
- Experience in compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers) with architecting, designing, and delivering solutions.
- Experience in networking, security, containerization, or DevOps in system landscapes.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure automation such as DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, software-defined networking, containerization (Kubernetes), or serverless.
- GCP knowledge like BigQuery, Airflow, API etc
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: software development (additionally Terraform), managing large scale Windows/Linux environments, network design and deployment, databases, storage systems.
- Experience in networking and system design of load balancers, firewalls, and VPN in architecting, developing and/or maintaining production-grade systems.
- Experience in customer-facing Google Cloud migration, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations.
- Experience with large-scale distributed data processing systems with one or more technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, Hadoop, Spark, HBase, Vertica, Netezza, Teradata, Tableau, or MicroStrategy).
- Experience in data engineering
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
