Do you have experience within complex projects?
Our client is planning to test the Minimal viable Bank (MVP) twice a year.
MVP will be setup in a Greenfield environment, including 80 to 120 applications and infrastructure (VMware, Storage, Active Directory etc.).
In this environment, the MVP can be reset when there is an impact on the rest of the environment.
For this the bank needs support from a Senior Test Manager to setup Test plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Disaster Recovery test(s) with all stakeholders (governance, resource allocation, planning etc.)
- Prepare Run Books Infra and Appliction teams (part of Service Recovery Plan document)
- Manage/ Steer the full DR test
- Report results DR test (Retrospective)
- Setting up Governance
Your Profile:
- Experience in the above key responsibilities
- Experience in leading complex projects
- Affinity with Cyber Resilience (Backup/Restore), knowledge/experience are an advantage.
- Arranging education for the various application teams, getting teams involved in the matter.
The first phase will last six months, after which the next test phase will start every 3 months. After each phase you are responsible for evaluation; lessons learned, retrospective and implement improvements for the next phase.
This position is hybride, but when testing you are needed on location to ensure everything runs smoothly.
