Job Description

As a Product Owner within the Air France-KLM Digital department, you will contribute significantly to the business strategy by maximizing the value and functionality of our Inflight Connectivity platform. Your role involves motivating and guiding the product team to ensure their optimal contribution in delivering the most value with the product for the organization.

Serving as a central point of contact for stakeholders and the development team, you'll be responsible for managing analysts regarding digital product development on the Inflight Portfolio. Your primary goal will be to keep the product running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Being a point of contact for stakeholders and the development team
• Managing analysts regarding digital product development on the Inflight Portfolio
• Preparing features and epics for PI events (quarterly planning)
• Monitoring product performance and determining the next steps in collaboration with data analysts
• Ensuring the development team starts with the right priorities and commits to delivering
• Identifying risks and impediments in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the Senior Product Owner to translate vision and strategy into actionable activities for the development team
• Supporting the Senior Product Owner as needed until the end of her project/phase out plan
• Focusing on keeping the development team and product running smoothly
