Job Description:
As a Data Analyst at the Data & Technology Platform Ground, you will lead the implementation of business intelligence solutions using tools such as Spotfire and Power BI. Collaborating closely with teams, you'll tailor solutions to diverse data needs.
Serving as a bridge between technical expertise and organizational goals, you'll ensure BI solutions align with our aspirations. Your focus will be on crafting low-maintenance, scalable reporting tools to facilitate seamless data access for operational efficiency and informed decision-making. In addition to analytics, you'll continually contribute to our ongoing data transformation, staying updated on emerging technologies.
Key Result Areas of the Data Analyst:
- Delivering value through analysis, tool advisement, implementation, and report creation
- Collaborating with Product Owners (PO) and Business Process Analysts (BPA) to devise effective business alternatives
- Building pipelines to collect and process input data, feeding models to produce desired outputs
- Manipulating data using a variety of programming and data transformation techniques (e.g., SQL)
- Creating web interfaces for real-time dashboarding
- Supporting PO in identifying new opportunities in the business proactively and proposing new digital products and features
- Data management in accordance with Data Principles & Policies
Your Profile:
- We seek a Data Analyst with experience in SQL, data connections, ETL, PowerBI.
- You have some Data Engineering experience.
- You actively seek and implement new opportunities for value creation for your business unit, KLM, and society.
- You have experience in building web interfaces, including real-time dashboarding.
- You are enthusiastic about developing yourself in the field of data enhancement.
- You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a complex environment.
- Passionate about digital innovation.
- Passionate about users, user needs, adoption, and measurement through metrics.
- You are capable of inspiring, motivating, and coaching team members to adapt to new organizational setups and ways of working.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is required
