Project Manager

Work closely with customer stakeholders, understand the IT Infrastructure landscape very well in alignment to customer business. Solid understanding of Cyber Security setup and delivering successful project / program to meet the customer’s business objective.

Must have:

• Highly skilled in delivering IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security related projects end to end.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Should be able to clearly define the project scope in clear terms.
• Should have strong working knowledge of creating effective and realistic project schedules.
• Should have experience working with global project teams.
• Should have strong working knowledge in one or more project planning tools, Microsoft Projects, JIRA, or other project planning tools. Track the project progress against milestones, deliverables, and report project progress to the project stakeholders.
• Should be able to manage project financials diligently and ensure no cost overrun.
• Strong knowledge of project change management process. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and budget using change management processes.
• Should be able to manage project resources effectively ensuring full utilization.
• • Should be able to identify project, risks, issues, and dependencies and manage them throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Should drive project meetings effectively with internal stakeholders, customer stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.
• Should have good knowledge of project procurement processes and Vendor Management.
• Should have good client facing skills. Able to communicate with project key stakeholders effectively at all levels ensuring the discussion has positive outcomes.
• Track project performance on real time to keep a strong control on project triple constraints (scope, schedule, and budget).
• Lead as a leader for the project team and key stakeholders to resolve any project issues amicably.
• Escalate project issues timely to the stake holders to ensure no surprises.
• Manage complete project lifecycle effectively by taking complete ownership of meeting the project objectives.
• Excellent communication and internal personal skills.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies in Datacenter Technologies (Enterprise Compute Services), Workplace Services and awareness of emerging technologies.
