Job description:

The IT Specialist Operations function is located within Transversal (Security Administration, System Monitoring & BAM, Permit to Operate and AOS), within Technical (Middlware) and the Datacenter (TOS, Storage Administration, B2C and SAP). The IT Specialist Operations is responsible for management and 2nd line support.

The work is performed in standby mode.

Result areas:

• Carrying out the daily management
• Carrying out the daily management for optimal availability of systems, applications and information with minimal disruption to the business.
• Daily management and control of one or more components.
• Plan and perform maintenance on systems and applications.
• Planning and executing backup activities.
• Tuning one or more systems.
• Drafting, checking and managing user and production documentation.

Skills:

• Specialisation in Cloud Security
• Making usercases
• Pro-active way of working on the defences
• Certification in Azure (pre)
• Knowledge on how the cloud environment works
• Not only solve incidents but also help and teach others
