Job description:
The Scrum Master is a servant leader who enables teams, teams of teams and the platform as a whole to self-organize and deliver value via effective Lean-Agile practices and coaching the desired culture. The Scrum Master has a set of skills to create an open and safe atmosphere and is able to give feedback to the teams and other platform players.
The Scrum Master is able to help everyone inside and outside the team to understand Lean-Agile theory, practices, rules, and values to maximize the value created by the teams. A senior Scrum Master can also take the role of Release Train Engineer (RTE) for an Agile Release Train (ART) in which case the RTE is responsible for coordinating and coaching the ART such that maximum value is delivered by the teams that together form the ART.
Skills:
- Experience in Agile SaFe Framework
- 3+ years experience as a scrummaster
