The IT Specialist Operations function is located within Transversal (Security Administration, System Monitoring & BAM, Permit to Operate and AOS), within Technical (Middlware) and the Datacenter (TOS, Storage Administration, B2C and SAP). The IT Specialist Operations is responsible for management and 2nd line support.

The work is performed in standby mode.

Result areas

• Carrying out the daily management
• Carrying out the daily management for optimal availability of systems, applications and information with minimal disruption to the business.
• Daily management and control of one or more components.
• Plan and perform maintenance on systems and applications.
• Planning and executing backup activities.
• Tuning one or more systems.
• Drafting, checking and managing user and production documentation.

Skills:

• WO working and thinking level obtained through ICT training or experience
• Insight into modern ICT architecture, methods, techniques, tools
• Knowledge of developments in ICT and in the market
• Knowledge of project management
• Oral and written knowledge of the English language
• Experience as a project leader
• 8 years of experience in IT
