Job description:
The Medior electrical development engineer contributes to the electrical design of systems and products for the BU-COM businessline, based on agreed design specifications and in accordance with functional specifications, with strong focus on efficiency and reliability.
Tasks:
- Under supervision of a (system) Architect or a senior Electrical development engineer, design of electronic circuits based on agreed design specifications and in accordance with the functional specifications
- Simulation and analysis of Electrical designs (e.g. Thermal, tolerance analysis)
- Testing of products and evaluation of the results
- Modification of existing products
- Contribution to the creation of all relevant Technical Product Documentation (TPD) and (test) reports
- PCB layout and panel assembly activities, in cooperation with a PCB lay-outer
- Perform work in line with the design processes and tools that have been agreed in the department.
Skills:
- Master / Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering supplemented with relevant training and experience in electronics
- Knowledge of EMC and high speed design
- >5 years experience with Electronical design.
- Speaks and writes English fluently
