PMO

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate project management activities within the SAP Roadmap program.
• Develop, implement, and enforce project management methodologies and processes.
• Gather, analyze, and report project data to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and facilitate team communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Assist in maintaining project management tools and systems.
• Contribute to best practices and PMO improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or related field.
• Demonstrated project management or PMO experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Technological proficiency with project management software.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Miscellaneous:

• Willingness to work at least two days per week .

• Software Knowledge: Jira, Confluence, SAP ALM, MS Project, Teams.

Demonstrable expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies.

Experience in PMO roles across SAP projects from start to finish.
