Medior Business Analist with experience in flexworking.
Are you experienced in the area of flexworkers and temporary staffing solutions? And formilliar with time tracking and billing systems?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a skilled BPA Medior. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing TimeWise, our clock and billing system for external flexworkers. They need to clock in and out, and their payments are calculated based on these recorded times by the staffing agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in flexwork and temporary staffing to manage time tracking, billing, and compliance with relevant collective labor agreements (CAOs).
- Gather requirements for TimeWise, ensuring its smooth operation across multiple divisions. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, as each division may use the system differently.
- Ensure seamless communication and warm handover as you transition into the role, maintaining continuity and efficiency in operations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Prior experience with flexwork, temporary staffing, time tracking, billing systems, and CAOs would be ideal but is not a hard requirement.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.
- Willingness to work two days per week at our office in Amstelveen.
