- Leads and manages project teams in the development, winning, and delivery of multiple projects or single large, complex project.
- Is role model for following the PM methodology
- Contributes to enhancements of VMware PM
- Teaches PM methodology classes
- Ability to confidently interact with Senior Management
- Able to advise the customer on how VMware strategy can help them to achieve their business objectives and deliver ROI
- Has a high-level understanding of all service offerings in the SDDC and EUC portfolio
- Can consistently and confidently advise on best practices and their expected outcomes for customer stakeholders.
- Extensive experience of delivering large / complex projects through the entire project lifecycle, provides mentorship and support to team and less experienced individuals.
