Job description:
The Finance Business Analyst is responsible for program reporting to key stakeholders (2 weekly reporting tracks to the project board and monthly reporting to the E&M management team), monitoring performance of ongoing tracks and analysis of new bottlenecks. Further responsibilities are data integrity (basics right) on ongoing tracks together with Business Intelligence (BI) team, challenging business (performance and basics right) and management team members and supporting communication and program-transcending matters.

Working and thinking level/Experience:
You have an academic working and thinking level and have at least 5 years of work experience.
Knowledge skills:
We are looking for someone who is able to translate operational and financial processes into program reporting and monitoring. Who has knowledge of change, program and project management and has experience with Lean Six Sigma. You also have a good command of the English language and an affinity with MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
