Job description:
The objective of Finance Accounting Services NL (FAS-NL) is to create added value for the organisation and/or AF business units from the Shared Service Center concept and in this way to make a positive contribution to the results of the AF Group.
The Order2Cash specialist Level 2 must have an overview of the entire O2C finance process and, according to established procedures, ensures the timely, efficient and correct processing and monitoring of the various Order2Cash flows up to and including payment collection.
It is important to have knowledge of the current systems within the various business units such as Cargo, E&M, Fuel and all Dutch business units. This also includes close cooperation with the various business units related to O2C.
The Order2Cash specialist level 2 takes ownership of the entire process and advises and operationally supports the order to cash specialist level 1 where necessary and is the point of contact for the O2C manager.
This role within the chain will also be the link between the various Shared Service centers and AF to achieve process optimization for the AFKL Group.
These administrative processes must be carried out completely, correctly and on time within the agreed frameworks.
Skills:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of Financial accounting and systems, with an eye for the administrative organization.
- Experience with simplifying, LEANing and streamlining processes
Knowledge skills
- Good command of the English language orally and in writing
- Good command of French language orally and in writing (is a plus)
- Strong numerical and analytical insight
- Well-developed accounting knowledge (able to quickly translate complex processes into an accounting structure) supplemented with in-depth specific knowledge of the O2C process (e.g. credit management, IFRS 9)
- Affinity with ICT and administration systems and processes
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting, both internally and externally
- An eye for detail but also for the big picture
