Jermaine has always been curious about new things
Meet explorer Jermaine, he is a Functional Consultant at LINKIT. He ended up at LINKIT because one of his closest friends chose the same career path. He also studied HRM and became a functional consultant. When Jermaine was looking for a new opportunity in, his friend asked him: “isn’t this something you would like?” Jermaine is very happy that he took this step because now he is a part of LINKIT.
Jermaine explains how it is to work at LINKIT: “At LINKIT you count from day one. On the first you will get an introduction, then at the first Club Day (every two weeks on Friday, where you will get together with your team and share knowledge), you do your introduction for the whole company. After this you sit down with your squad. We started discussing certain things and my opinion counted right away. What I really like about LINKIT is the welcoming and open culture.”

“I have always been curious about new things. Exploring the unknown. I like new sensations and new experiences. They also really encourage you to challenge yourself within your assignment, that makes me a real explorer. That I just pick up new things that I hadn’t done before. In order to become stronger and become a better functional consultant.”
