- Salutation
- First name
- Prefix
- Surname
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Mobile telephone number
- Address
- Citizen service number

Reason (ground) for processing
To be able to conclude an agreement or enter into an employment relationship, we process your personal data on the basis of the grounds ‘legitimate interest’, ‘performance of a contract’ and ‘consent’.
Personal data which we receive from third parties (and have not been requested from you)
We may also receive your personal data from our contractors. If you are selected for an assignment, the contractor will provide us with your name and address details as well as your citizen service number (CSN). LINKIT must process the CSN in connection with its recipients’ liability.
Personal data which we share with third parties
LINKIT may share your personal data with the following parties:
- companies which are part of the same business group, such as subsidiaries;
- clients with which we conclude an agreement in the context of an employee or staff recruitment relationship. Your personal data being transmitted to and further processed by the client is a precondition for concluding the secondment agreement with you. In this connection, the client must process your personal data in accordance with the requirements arising from the GDPR;
- bodies or parties to which particular personal data must be disclosed pursuant a statutory regulation, or to which we must disclose your personal data in order to protect the rights, property or safety of LINKIT or others;

Retention period
We will retain your data for up to one year after you provided us with this data, or one year after the last day on which you performed work based on a registration with us. You can request us to remove your data before the end of that period. We will notify you four weeks before your data on our database is to be anonymised. At that time, we will also offer you the opportunity to leave your data on our database for longer so that we can keep acting as an intermediary for you. In that case, we will retain your personal data for an additional period of one year. We will retain some data for a longer period if we are obliged to do so (for example, because of the tax retention period of seven years). If you should not enter LINKIT’s service at the end of the selection procedure, we will retain the application details for a period of four weeks after the termination of the selection procedure.
Anonymisation
After the retention period has expired, we will anonymise your personal data. From then on, you will no longer be identifiable as the data subject by means of this data. Therefore the data will no longer be personal data, and will no longer entail any privacy risks. We have a legitimate interest in this data anonymisation. This is because this anonymised data enables us to meet our reporting obligation towards or clients and to perform statistical analyses for the purpose of improving our services.
Screening
The selection procedure includes a screening process so that we can assess the reliability and integrity of new employees. Because of a statutory obligation towards our clients, the screening process may also take the form of a screening and/or vetting process in the context of a certificate of good conduct (VOG) or a certificate of no objection (VGB).
LINKIT carries out the screening on the basis of the GDPR ground ‘legitimate interest’. The argumentation behind this ground is that LINKIT professionals handle sensitive data or company confidential information in the performance of their duties, and there is a position of confidentiality at government agencies.
If you have any questions about the screening procedure, please get in touch with the contact person specified for the job vacancy or interim assignment concerned.
