We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Migration Engineer to support a large-scale infrastructure migration.
You will be responsible for planning and executing VM and OS migrations, with a strong focus on VMware/ESX environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute OS upgrades and in-place upgrades
- Perform greenfield VM deployments
- Execute VM migrations and ringfencing
- Support VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter migrations and upgrades
- Prepare migration plans, runbooks and cutover procedures
- Perform technical validation, troubleshooting and post-migration support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with VMware/ESX infrastructure
- Proven experience with enterprise-scale VM and OS migrations
- Hands-on experience with ESXi, vCenter, vMotion and Storage vMotion
- Experience with both in-place upgrades and greenfield deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure migration skills

- Occasional on-site presence may be required in exceptional circumstances, either in the Netherlands or Bangalore, in consultation with the client
