We are looking for a DevOps Expert to drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Your Responsibilities
As a DevOps Expert, you drive the DevOps and Agile@Scale way of working across the Value Clusters and Grids. You support DevOps teams, Grid Owners and other stakeholders in continuously improving processes, collaboration and organisational effectiveness.
You analyse challenges, conduct maturity assessments and translate improvement opportunities into concrete initiatives. You build stakeholder buy-in, ensure sustainable implementation of improvements and are not afraid to challenge existing ways of working or address resistance.
You also contribute to the further development of the Agile@Scale framework and guide the DevOps transformation within your area of responsibility. Using your expertise, you advise and support both teams and senior management.
Working Environment
You will work with DevOps colleagues, DevOps Coaches and Way of Working Consultants within the CIO domain to drive a consistent IT transformation approach. You will be responsible for your own Value Cluster and/or Grid and work closely with DevOps teams, (Senior) Grid Owners, IT Leads, (Lead) Product Owners and Chapter Leads.

Knowledge and Experience
- At least 4 years of Agile experience in a comparable role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/University level or equivalent).
- PSM I or PSPO I certification.
- Proven experience with Agile and DevOps.
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus or Spotify model) and coaching is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Change Management, Agile Portfolio Management and Lean (Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Organisational awareness and a collaborative mindset.
