We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer / Platform Engineer with proven expertise in designing, managing, and automating containerized workloads within Azure environments.
Technology Stack
- Cloud platform: Azure
- Container orchestration: AKS, Container Apps, or App Service
- DevOps tooling: Azure DevOps
- Observability: Azure Monitoring and Log Analytics Workspaces
- Identity & Access Management: Microsoft Entra ID (nice to have)
Responsibilities and Profile
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments running containerized workloads in production within corporate environments (8 years or more)
- Solid understanding of IAM and networking concepts
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code, including writing Bicep and Terraform configurations
- Proven experience automating Dev, Sec, and Ops processes using CI/CD solutions, preferably Azure DevOps
- Passion for automating repetitive tasks using scripting languages and/or Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of security principles in public cloud environments and containerized workloads
- Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, Java, TypeScript, or equivalent) and experience designing backend-heavy systems
