This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the alignment of project objectives with strategic goals.
The business analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between operations and technology, facilitating effective communication, and driving the successful implementation of the project.
BA tasks:

Required results/output:
· Vision translation into high and mid-level (IT and functional) requirements into epics and features for the assigned scope for the New Cargo Terminal, that will cover one or more areas as depicted below, that will cover more detailed topics such as:
360-piece level visibility
§ e.g. determining the MVP to secure the real time integrated planning and operational concept by means of automation with the Logistic Handling System
§ e.g. contribution of NCT requirements to POC Program for 360-piece level visibility
o Integral planning
§ e.g. determining the MVP for the real time integrated planning required at what moment in time to realize the operational concept >> meaning a more OR/BA type of profile is suitable
o Zero touch/industrial means
o Process Enabling
§ e.g. iCargo changes required (API strategy), Full Freighter Handling Capability, Piece Level Handling etc.
o Foundation
o Digital Twin
o Business Requirements for Building and Site for IT, data and control
· Business case per epic for decision making
· Roadmap for assigned scope required for the MVP and beyond (although in a lesser degree)
· NCT translation of POC outcomes for the IT, data and control track in relation to the translation of the overall/operational concept/IT visions
· Assumptions required by the simulation track from an IT, data and control perspective
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent qualification based on work experience, preferably with a background in logistics or systems engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in process optimization, project management, or a similar role.
