To support the CrewHorizon management team in running an organized program and stay on track
In order to support the CrewHorizon management team in running an organized program and stay on track, it is essential to have the right skilled PMO. We are looking to hire two senior PMOs who will have the responsibility to:
• Prepare and collect progress of CrewHorizon, and prepare CrewHorizon status reports
• Prepare slides MT CrewHorizon, including post-meeting notes and follow-up actions tracking
• Prepare slides CrewHorizon Steering Committee , including post-meeting notes and follow-up actions tracking
• Maintain various CrewHorizon Roadmaps
• Supporting in setting-up budgets next year and a 3 year outlook
• Maintain financial reporting CrewHorizon, including value tracking and alignment with EDT
• Support resourcing CrewHorizon, including the content in the process of the various steps in the internal KL processes
• Contract status of each individual resource, to make sure that in time the right follow-up actions are taken
• Preparation of strategic workshops, to make these meetings very effective, and post-workshop outcome processing
• Being the social foundation of the CrewHorizon team, organizing social events/activities.
Seeking
– 2 Sr PMO (with excellent consulting skills):
• 1 fte sr PMO
o PMO & financial expertise
o English speaking
o to support the CrewHorizon Program Manager
• 1 fte sr PMO
o PMO & OCM expertise, Dutch & English speaking) to support the
CrewHorizon Overall Business Lead.
- Both could be interchanged if required. Together they are the CrewHorizon PMO.
- Both minimum 4 days/week in the office at KLM.
- Start date: As soon as possible
