We are looking to attract a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the entire scoping and implementation scope of the Crew Tracking application.
The CrewHorizon Program is a program that has the goal to replace the entire crew planning IT landscape and increase crew productivity and crew satisfaction for 3 divisions (Inflight Services, Flight Operations, KLM Cityhopper).
We are looking to attract a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the entire scoping and implementation scope of the Crew Tracking application.
Responsibilities
•Leader of the complex iCrew/Netline Crew Tracking replacement by JCT (Jeppesen Crew Tracking), being an operational readiness project with multiple go-lives in the coming 4 years
•Partner with Business and Tech stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria of the JCT implementation and iCrew/Netline Phase-Out;
•Collaborate with Jeppesen Boeing as the main vendor of the future Crew Tracking solution;
•Continually update relevant KLM and KLC stakeholders of project status and periodically publish project status reports to CrewHorizon program management;
•Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered;
•Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts;
•Acquires project resources;
•Works in a fast-paced, complex project delivery environment collaborating with Business management, Tech management, D&T staff, P&A staff and all other related and involved employees;
•Defines roles and responsibilities in all various tracks: functional, business implementation, data, architecture, integration, test management, innovation;
•Organizes and guides project operations through the use of methodologies standard at AFKL and in the industry;
•Allocates staff and budget resources to meet changing needs;
•Identify, assess, and control risks and plan responses to increase the likelihood of successful completion of the main workstreams within the project;
•Create and communicate project status, team and stakeholder meeting agendas, and other communication as required;
•Mentor project team and stakeholders on Project Management Office (PMO) process and requirements;
•Follow up with all team members on deliverables.
Requirements
•20+ year experience working in large business/IT projects in international, dynamic enterprises, preferably in transport & logistic industry;
•Demonstrated experience in establishing and delivering complex legacy-replacement projects;
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision;
•Strong influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to navigate in a highly matrixed organization effectively;
•10+ years of experience with Agile project management delivery;
•12+ years of experience as a senior project manager with overall leadership;
•Well versed in defining road-maps and collaborating with teams that employ Sprint methodologies;
•Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience managing resources across different functions of an organization;
•Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the Team;
•Team player with strong leadership skills
•On-site KLM presence minimum 4 days/week. Language English (Dutch is a pre)
•Starting date: as soon as possible
