We are looking for a Kafka specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka, Kafka Streams, and Kafka Connect.
Required Skills:
- Overall 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka, Kafka Streams, and Kafka Connect.
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud, including Azure Event Hubs, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
- Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python for developing streaming applications.
- Experience in event-driven architecture, microservices, and real-time analytics.
- Deep understanding of Kafka topics, partitions, replication, producer/consumer design patterns, and message serialization.
- Expertise in monitoring and troubleshooting Kafka performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Confluent Control Center, or Azure Monitor.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL), and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with schema management using Confluent Schema Registry.
