You are energetic and have a can-do mentality. This is how we describe you best as the Scrum Master, covering two DevOps teams (Operations and ThaT). These are the talents that you use to become an important part of the team. Also:
- You have a bachelor's degree
- Certified PSM I
- Pragmatic, empathic approach with the ability to drive change
- You are a good listener, clear communicator with the necessary organizational sensitivity and excel in providing feedback and team building
- You are a team player and would like to help maximizing the value the team delivers
You are fanatic on realizing growth and development of teams, working pro-actively and based on the Agile values and principles
We expect that you are already located in The Netherlands and able to travel for at least two days a week to our office in Amsterdam
