Service Manager Cloud

Delve into processes, documenting service offerings, approach service management in an agile way.

Job/ assignment description:

  • continuously assess whether services meet the needs of the customers (DevOps teams who run their solutions on the Cloud platform).
  • report on how reliability and performance are measured.
  • documenting and creating a catalog and describing services.

Job requirements:

  • a Msc. Degree, preferably in Change Management or Business Administration
  • at least 2 years of experience as a Service Manager in IT, preferably for Cloud services
  • knowledge of and experience with Site Reliability is a strong pre
  • background in development in a technical (production) environment
  • work experience from large, international companies
  • have dealt with or worked for global service providers
  • experience in working closely with multiple internal and demanding stakeholders
  • working experience with SaFe and Scrum
  • 3 days per week on-site (Utrecht/Eindhoven area, alternating)
