Analytics Winroom team member, Airframe Operational Improvement
Overview
The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational transformation of Airframe. This role involves using data to drive operational efficiency and decision-making. The Data Analyst will work within Winroom team, collaborating with specialists in various disciplines to meet the needs of improvement initiatives (initiative owners, leaders) and Sponsors (e.g., on effect of the program). The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve the organization's transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and decision-making
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Winroom team members, Initiative owners and Sponsors to identify areas where business intelligence efforts can add value
- Data Visualization: Deliver high-quality data visualization solutions to meet the needs of the Winroom and adjacent teams
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with relevant internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and provide personalized data information
- Winroom Support: Support key transformation meetings (Winroom, Sponsor check-in), set priorities for the program based on data
- Technology Implementation: Work alongside developers to implement data-driven decisions and use tools like Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize data faster

Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business / Data related studies
- Industry Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on industry experience in Analytics, e.g., BI Development or equivalent quantitative job title
- Technical Expertise: Experience with data governance, insights from data, and data-enabled transformations
- Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with data science, statistics, operations and/or applied mathematics
