The team does a lot, like being the IT-liaison between hotels and the KLM kiosk when it comes to vouchers.
This ecosystem has several applications and databases working together, requiring miscellaneous support:
- Gathering, analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications and (helping) implementing these;
- Maintenance of applications (vendor applications is a plus);
- and performing incident management.
Requirements:
- You have technical proficiency in SQL, database management, interfaces/webservices, Microsoft server environments, and business process modeling
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues effectively
- You are an excellent communicator, adept at conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- You demonstrate effective collaboration skills, working seamlessly with both IT and business team members in large organizations
- You are adaptable and flexible, ready to take on new challenges and learn new technologies as needed
- You are passionate about Digital innovation
- Preferably, you have experience in airline operations or a similar field, bringing an understanding of the operational context in which Disruption is managed
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You have experience in working Scrum-Agile
