Senior DevOps engineer

Job description:

At squad Minerva, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer.

Squad Minerva is part of Tech4Dev, Tech4Engineering and we are focusing on providing Generative AI based tools and services to help engineers improve their daily work, with initial use cases focused on coding assistance and Knowledge Management and automation. This mission with the focus on Knowledge Management and Generative AI Use-Cases, makes us the leading Squad in Using Large Language Model Tools and Libraries as well as involvement in many Generative AI use cases within Rabobank.

As part of Squad Minerva, we are responsible for the following Configuration Items in Rabobank:

• GitHub Copilot (With the biggest community in Rabobank)
• Confluence as the main source of User Generated Contents in Rabobank
• Engineer's AI Assistant focused on using of RAG for Knowledge Retrieval

The current composition of the team is focused on Data Scientists and Engineers, but to complete our knowledge gap, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer, who is interested in new Generative AI technologies and has experience working within Rabobank.

Especially with the following expertise:

• Experience with Azure Infrastructure as well as Redhat Linux Server Management
• Familiarity with developing Azure DevOps Pipeline.
• Being familiar with Ansible and Infrastructure as a Code Concept and Best Practices.
• Having Experience of Managing/Monitoring Highly Available Applications.
• Good understanding of Rabobank Specific Best Practices regarding Infrastructure Management.
• Good grasp of networking, configuring firewalls, setting up virtual networks, etc.
• Have Software Development Experience in any Programming Language, and specifically Python.
• Optional: Having Experience with Data-Intensive Application and Data Processing Pipelines.
• Optional: Familiarity with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML is not required but enthusiasm about these concepts and their usage is highly appreciated.
• Optional: Familiar with Data Engineering and Integration Tools in Azure: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks.

As a Senior member of the team, you are responsible for:

• Guiding more junior members of the team regarding Rabobank Processes and Policies
• Involved in Solution Design regarding both Technical and Procedural Challenges
• Highly Engaged in Backlog Item Definition and Refinement
