Project Leader – BRES EXE

Introduction

ASML remotely services their machines in the field. To that purpose we are using a service called BRES (Basic Remote Equipment Support). Business demand with respect to that service is growing. In that context ASML is looking to further strengthen the service in terms of continued performance, management of the service, and diagnostics to further strengthen issue detection, prevention & resolution.

Competence

  • HBO+ or Academic level IT education
  • Minimal 5-7 years of relevant work experience in large international and demanding (R&D) IT organizations
  • Ability to provide direction and guidance to a large variety of stakeholders including technical experts
  • Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills in English (Dutch is nice to have)

Experience

  • Project Management level: medior – senior
  • Experience in Service Management, Monitoring & Diagnostics
  • Performance dependencies between application and IT infrastructure
  • Working for international tech companies in multiple time zones

Skills

The ideal candidate has a hands-on mindset, a strong customer orientation and problem solving skills. The candidate is able to show fast results and has demonstrated good communication skills, especially in a global R&D IT organization.

Deliverables and responsibilities

  • Research, deep dive and document the as-is situation concerning service management, monitoring & diagnostics
  • Capture the business & IT use cases for this domain
  • Organize business alignment on the To-Be situation
  • Create a plateau planning that will bring us from the As-Is into the To-Be situation
  • Create a project planning (including a.o. costs & resources) to be approved by the Steerco, and execute that plan there after
