To achieve this, we're investing heavily in our Data & Technology (D&T) department, revolutionizing our systems and processes to stay ahead of the curve. As part of our Digital Crew Journey program, we're seeking a talented Information Analyst/Software Engineer to join our team.
As an Information Analyst/Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in the Digital Crew Journey team. Your main task will be to collaborate closely with our solution architect to develop prototypes. This involves understanding API structures and data requirements, which are crucial for our modernization efforts. Your responsibilities include:
- Helping refine API structures and clarify data requirements for the Digital Crew Journey.
- Analyzing existing APIs across our crew IT landscape to support our new API layer.
- Working with software engineers to define technical needs, data models, and interface specifications.
- Acting as a bridge between technical, product, business, and external stakeholders.
- Promoting a positive culture within the team and fostering good relationships across the business.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of system design, APIs, and software development.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, RESTful, GraphQL, and related technologies.
- Experience with some modelling and specification languages such as UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, OpenAPI, WSDL/XSD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to change.
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English
