Senior Business Analyst (BPA)

Are you passionate about driving business process change and ensuring maximum value from digital products? We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Product Analyst to join our team. As a Business Product Analyst (BPA), you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with users to understand their needs, translating requirements into actionable insights, and driving user adoption.

Business Process Change:

• Understand and document current business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions through new products or features.
• Design suggestions for the new to-be business process and collaborate closely with users to iterate on process design.
• Encourage and support the implementation of necessary changes to the business process.

User Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:

• Uncover user requirements and prioritize based on importance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations (CAOs, GDPR, etc.).
• Translate user requirements into clearly defined features.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers and/or Data Scientists to determine the best technical implementation.
• Assist Product Owner in prioritizing features based on expected user value.

Product Analysis and Support:

• Analyze product impact according to predetermined KPIs and business metrics.
• Test the product from a user perspective to uncover bugs.
• Support the product team in creating functional designs and data models.
• Assist Product Owner in defining long-term product roadmap and portfolio.
• Support continuous improvement of product impact and assist in writing value/business cases.

User Adoption and Support:

• Drive user adoption by identifying underlying user requirements and translating them into product features.
• Organize product workshops, explanation sessions, etc. to facilitate user adoption.
• Provide support to ensure continuity of deployed products in line with service level agreements (SLA).

Data Management (Applicable in Data Products):

• Ensure data use aligns with Data Principles & Policy.
• Propose and maintain requirements and business rules.
• Deliver, maintain, and monitor Data Quality Metrics.
• Provide support to projects linked to the data set.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in requirements analysis and business process change.
• Familiarity with BPMN, SQL, and data modeling.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with users and stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting product teams and driving user adoption.
• Knowledge of SAAS solutions and JAVA is nice te have.

Language: Dutch is required.

Quick Adaptation Required:

• Must be able to quickly get up to speed, with the upcoming two quarters being essential.
