Business Product Analyst

For a leading company in the aviation industry, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who's going to help with a simulator planning tool in collaboration with external partners. As we gear up for the Go-live phase of our latest project, we are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join this dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless integration of simulator planning tool adjustments.
• Oversee configuration tasks post-adjustments, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Lead the transition to the Go-live phase, coordinating with two separate teams effectively.
• Work closely with testers to facilitate user testing and gather valuable feedback.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior team members.
• Getting a warm handover from the departing BPA.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring all parties are aligned with project objectives.
• Document processes using tools such as Archimate and BPMN.
• Utilize SQL knowledge for data analysis and manipulation (preferred).
• Familiarity with the training domain is advantageous!

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping using Archimate/BPMN.
• Experience with simulator planning tools or related domains is highly desirable.
• Ability to work full-time at our Schiphol East location, with a minimum of 3 days onsite.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• This role may open up opportunities for other projects within our Flight platform.
• Fluency in Dutch is necessary for effective communication.
