Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled technical writer to join our team and maintain our cloud documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for cloud products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for our cloud products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Organize and manage documentation using appropriate tools and platforms
- Ensure all documentation adheres to our company’s style and branding guidelines
- Continuously improve documentation based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Keep up-to-date with changes to our cloud products and services, and update documentation accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technical communication, computer science, or related field
- Proven experience as a technical writer, specifically in cloud documentation
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and terminology
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and GitHub
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
