Blue Base is a multidisciplinary program, made up of various projects that must ensure the integral realization of Blue Base (behavior, services, working environment). The Program Controller will focus on the integrated approach to the finances and management of the program, in which you have a leading role in drawing up investment proposals and budgets, and advise on and assess business cases and you will participate in financing issues. You ensure the management of cash flows, quality assurance and the design and presentation of management information is an important part of your activities. You are the program manager's sparring partner, you work closely with the controllers of the various disciplines in the program, and you know your way around the organisation. You are a team player, you actively participate in shaping the Winning Way of Working for Blue Base, you are analytically strong, connecting and innovative.
Skills:
- HBO+ working and thinking level, minimum completed HBO education
- 7+ years of work experience, preferably real estate related
- Experience in a project environment
- Knowledge and experience of using and setting up software for project administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI and large amounts of data
- Experience in complex and changing environments
