ITNEXT Summit 2019 full programme announced

The entire ITNEXT Summit 2019 programme is now known. Besides hosting top-notch speakers, the fourth edition of the best annually recurring IT event in the Netherlands will focus strongly on diversity. Different mindsets, viewpoints and backgrounds represent a better learning and sharing environment: the core ideas behind the ITNEXT initiative. The event, with JavaScript, DevOps and Data Engineering as focus areas, will be held at Pakhuis de Zwijger in Amsterdam on 30 October 2019.

The similarity with previous editions is that the programme will include speakers who work for the market leaders, such as Google, Honeycomb, Amazon Web Services, Buffer and Atlassian.

The programme will include four fantastic keynote speakers, of which two are also programme chairs: Tara Ojo of FutureLearn and Holden Karau of Google. Liz Fong-Jones, former SRE at Google and currently working as SRE Developer Advocate for Honeycomb, is the third keynote speaker. Kris Nova, former Senior Developer Advocate at Microsoft and VMware, will perform the closing keynote.

Pascal Rinck, Event, PR & Design Manager at LINKIT, indicates: “We are extremely happy with their commitment. They are top-notch engineers possessing high-quality substantive knowledge and great celebrity in the community.” Are you curious about the rest of the programme and tickets? Go to www.itnextsummit.com!

Besides regular ticket sales, the ITNEXT organisation proudly offers diversity tickets, applies a clear code of conduct and does everything in its power to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

ITNEXT is an initiative of LINKIT, a knowledge-driven IT-sourcing partner based in De Meern. ITNEXT was founded in 2016 with the objective of sharing high-quality knowledge. This is based on three pillars:
  • ITNEXT.io (www.itnext.io) with an average of 60 thousand unique visitors a day.
  • ITNEXT meet-ups (www.meetup.com/itnext) with more than 1200 visitors a year and;
  • ITNEXT Summit (www.itnextsummit.com) with 500 visitors a year.
