Business Product Analyst

BPA with SAP SF, HR & Audit

We are looking for a Business Product Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HR, and SAP Audit to join our dynamic team. As a Business Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product team to maximize the value potential of our products, ensuring they align with the right requirements, driving user adoption, and facilitating business process change.

Purpose of the Job:

  • Analyze and envision business process changes post-implementation of the product.
  • Collaborate closely with users to uncover requirements and prioritize features.
  • Mitigate user dissatisfaction and support product configuration to meet user needs.
  • Inspire the organization with opportunities for new products based on user insights.

Organizational Context:

  • Report to the Business Product Analysis Leader.
  • Work within product teams to support digital products aligned with business processes.

Key Result Areas:

Business Process Change:

  • Understand, document, and redesign current business processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions with new features.
  • Work with users to iterate and implement process changes.

User Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:

  • Uncover and prioritize user requirements, considering relevant regulations.
  • Translate requirements into defined features and support technical implementation.
  • Assist in feature prioritization based on user value.

Product Analysis:

  • Analyze product impact based on predetermined KPIs and metrics.
  • Regularly test the product from a user perspective to identify bugs.
  • Support the product team in functional design and roadmap planning.

User Adoption:

  • Drive user adoption by addressing user dissatisfaction through feature development.
  • Organize workshops and sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption.
  • Support:
  • Ensure product continuity in line with SLAs.
  • Participate in incident management and technical configurations as needed.

Culture:

  • Contribute to a positive culture within the platform and in interactions with the business.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (must-have)
  • Expertise in SAP Audit (must-have).
  • Expertise in SAP HR (preferred)
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and user requirements gathering.
  • Strong understanding of applicable rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive user adoption and inspire change within the organization.
