Job description:

Engine Services (ES) provides the repair of aircraft engines for both the KL-AF group and other airlines. Within ES this is implemented by the Shop MRO and Shop Repair departments. These units are supported by the Change Development & Support Unit, in which the ES-wide activities are organized.

Monitoring and improving the integrity of data related to engine components in the various E&M systems (e.g. SAP, Crocos, MXI, Aeroxchange etc.), minimizing the risk of safety/financial/operational issues. Contribute to increasing the value generated by data, especially in the areas of process optimization and big data (predictive maintenance).

Continuous improvement of the ES business data integrity

• Measure the level of data integrity across all systems; define metrics and create reports.
• Is a data specialist/analyst but knows the business and can provide compelling advice on implementing changes with regard to processes that may lead to reprogramming (EBC) and/or behavioral change.
• Defines and analyzes the consequences of the lack of integrity: Safety and compliance consequences as well as economic consequences.
• Determines and implements short-term actions, not only in the field of flight safety but also on business processes and work procedures that relate to data processing.
• Analyzes, defines and implements long-term and sustainable process improvements together with the business based on data.

Skills:

• Experience with Jira
• Building dashboards in Spotfire or BI
