Job description:
Air France is moving their applications to the cloud and setting up new state of the art datacenters in Paris and Amsterdam to host the private cloud and the connectivity hub. Eventually the Datacenters in Valbonne, Toulouse and Amsterdam will be decommissioned. For the program Datacenter Strategy, a strong and experienced, independent and proactive Program Support Officers is needed. The program has started in 2022 and will be finalized in December 2025. The execution of the program is characterized by a can-do mentality with a very strong focus on result whatever it takes.
Mission of the PSO:
Safe guard the project hygienic by creating, maintaining and fostering project artefacts.
The list below shows the nature of the activities that needs to performed:
- Monitoring and coordination of planning and reporting cycles
- Assessing status reports the projects and thereby helping to improve their quality
- Responsible for answering various questions and requests about the current or program
- Program communication coordination
- Preparing, attending and taking minutes of various meetings
- Advising on the further professionalization of the program
- Setting up and foster project governance
- Organize program meetings
- Organization and preparation of meetings for Steering Committees, Board and MT members
- Planning, risk , issue & decision management and progress reports
- Financial administration and hour registration coordination
- Program communication
- Setting up and managing audit trail /file formation (including Program archive in Teams/Sharepoint
Requirements and tasks:
- Experience with Jira, MS Project and Excel
- Keeping control of the planning
- Stakeholdermanagement
- Experience with the agile way of working
- Willing and able to travel to Paris, Valbonne and Toulouse occasionally.
