Digitize registration and planning processes with one application OutSystems

Bring data together and work without scattered files

The challenge

When people, locations and information come together, information quickly ends up spread across multiple files and systems. That means working with several versions at once, entering data by hand and constantly switching between sources. As soon as data changes or actions need follow-up, keeping an overview becomes increasingly difficult. With the planning and registration application, locations, information and processes come together in one central environment.

The features

The planning and registration application supports the registration process with 3 features:

The application

The registration process consists of three steps:

Start with an overview

For each location you instantly see how many people are present, how many places are available and where attention is needed. This supports day-to-day management and immediately shows where you need to step in.

Manage registration and allocation

From within the environment you add data, update information and assign locations and rooms, for example. Changes are immediately visible to all locations involved.

Record incidents

Incidents are recorded per location or person, including details and associated actions. The status is immediately visible, making it clear what is going on and what follow-up is needed.

The results

For the Red Cross, the resident-registration application BRAVO brought more overview to registration spread across 25 to 30 reception locations in the Netherlands.

Locations no longer work with separate files and information stays up to date, so they can respond faster when situations change.

On top of that, the application means fewer loose steps and a central way of working for registration, allocation and incident management.

Impact:

With OutSystems, the registration process is set up more efficiently and information becomes available faster and more reliably in daily practice.
