How to make your (web) applications user-friendly for all users?

It is quite a job to make a (web) application for one target group, but what if you have two? Or three? That is certainly not easy, but it is becoming increasingly common in the new practice of the platform economy. One standard interface for both groups then has the opposite effect, although that is of course the easiest technically. A strong solution for this is the use of UX design to map out the needs of the different target groups.
