Mendix selects LINKIT as gold partner

LINKIT, one of the major low-code service providers in the Netherlands and Germany for six years now, is now one of the official partners of Mendix, the low-code platform from Siemens. Earlier, the IT partner announced to expand the low-code portfolio, which already consisted of a mature OutSystems, team with a Mendix knowledge cluster. It helps its customers accelerate digital transformation by deploying winning technologies that meet business challenges. The official recognition by Mendix as a gold partner and addition to the partner network for the Benelux and DACH region underlines the quality, expertise, and professionalism of LINKIT’s latest knowledge cluster. The IT partner will celebrate its 25th anniversary next year and provides its low-code solutions to customers such as Ahold, ASML, Aegon, Lidl and Deutsche Bahn.

“We are very excited to add Mendix to our partner portfolio and enable even more companies to make an impact with low code. Not only does Mendix really support our mission to give IT the place in organizations it deserves, but there is also a beautiful cultural match, where drive, trust and knowledge sharing are key”, says Cornelis Lemstra, CEO at LINKIT, about the new partnership.

Jasper Wildeboer, Leader Partner Channels EMEA: “LINKIT combines 25 years of experience with a start-up mentality, resulting in an agile organization with a lot of experience. I look forward to growing the maker community together and accelerating the digital revolution of enterprise organizations.”

Since the start of this year, LINKIT has set up a mature Mendix team with Expert, Advanced and Intermediate certified developers. To support the growth and demand from the market even faster, LINKIT also started training Mendix specialists in September through its traineeship.

In addition to starting its own training program, LINKIT is a diamond sponsor of MxHacks, the hackathon event for the worldwide community of Mendix developers. On September 23 and 24, Mendix developers from Boston, London, Rotterdam and Singapore will build low-code solutions to support non-profit organization WelcomeApp in its mission to make newcomers feel at home in a new country.

Bob van Heijster, Lead Mendix at LINKIT and Mendix MVP: “I have felt a lot of support from Mendix and the community throughout my career. Therefore, I am happy to give something back to the community of makers and Mendix customers through the partner network
